In the framework of the Iberoamerican Network for Technological Cooperation (IBERCOTEC), Angel Diaz Rueda, Cooperating Expert Volunteer Extremadura, Spain, comes from Tuesday 25 August to work tending to transform into a Municipality La Guardia Free Digital Illiteracy .
Angel Diaz Rueda, professional with vast experience in driving and training in new technologies bring to their knowledge during four weeks in La Guardia, initiating the suggested actions in the Strategic Plan for the use of the knowledge society and information recently worked between Esmeralda Ruiz, expert Extremeño Local Fund for Development Cooperation (FELCODE), the Municipal Government and the CEPAD.
