Production of San Ignacio de Velasco are trained in the use of New Technologies
A group of 30 women farmers in different areas in the City College of San Ignacio de Velasco will be trained in two workshops of Digital Literacy will be held on 15 and 16 of this month.
The course objective is that the beneficiaries have a conceptual basis on which the new technologies and the use and management of web tools: the use of Internet browsers and search engines, management and email functionality and the creation blogs and personal websites can not only facilitate the different productive activities but also provides access to existing information on the network. The course will take place with computers and in physical space provided by the Deputy Governor of the Province Velasco and internet service provided by the Telecommunications Cooperative (COTAS).
The coordination of the workshop is part of the program of institutional strengthening of the Municipal Office of Women of San Ignacio de Velasco, who runs the Center for Participation and Sustainable Human Development (CEPAD) with support from the International Cooperation Local Extremeño Development (FELCODE).
ABC Digital, technological literacy initiative is an educational enterprise and sustainable development promoted by the Center for Participation and Sustainable Human Development (CEPAD) working jointly with the Municipal Government of San Ignacio, aiming to reduce the digital divide .
