Proposal for & amp; amp; amp; quot; Bloguivianos & amp; amp; amp; quot; 2009
Following the provocation arose in the page Bloguivianos , born following the post of Marco Montellano , released the following proposal.
By December this year, the CEPAD has planned to hold an international fair of digital initiatives in the framework of the Iberoamerican Network for Technological Cooperation , assured presence of four countries.
While the initial proposal was to rotate the venue of the event, at least so conceived to create Bloguivianos 2007, as the matter has been in a vacuum, throw the first stone with a commitment to ride all the logistics and space within a framework of plurality, as we have characterized each of the encounters and experiences in this aspect of last year which we are already developing for several years, conducted a meeting of users and digital communities in every sense of the word, which in turn could share and not with an international speaker, as was David de Ugarte last year presence in this event provided both by Julio Aliaga CEPAD as, if not more than 10 international specialists in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
Let it be clear that this event would parallel the International Technology Cooperation meeting we are developing, in which both will be a fair with stands of institutions and technological projects with social vision of Bolivia as well other three countries confirmed, with vision grow. And the presence of authorities and media coverage that jerarquizaría innigualable enough development that has been generated in this that we love.

I would have liked the 2009 Bloguivianos event takes place here in Tarija, but I understand that when there are no conditions of feasibility. However, the proposal made in this post I think is very important for the possibilities and also the opportunity to bring together all the digital community of Bolivia, I wish to attend and share all experiences and absorb all good practice in terms of other friends scattered in the country, greetings from south of our country.
